If you love table football, football, and politics, don't miss the 5th edition of La Lucarne! The one and only football film festival in France returns from May 11th to 14th with a little something new: a political dimension.
A committed program
A few weeks before the first round of the presidential elections, La Lucarne will offer a more activist program than ever. In iconic Parisian cultural venues, the Louxor and the Point Ephémère, international feature films will be presented, placing football at the center of social and political issues. Several screenings will be held throughout the weekend.
After each screening, visitors will be able to meet the directors, players, and other football experts who worked on the films to discuss their work. The debate will occupy a significant part of the festival and will aim to share the secrets of the films screened, their challenges, their origins, etc.
At the same time, a debate related to current football events will be led by an expert in the field.
An exhibition space
La Lucarne will also be a venue for international artists to exhibit their work. Photographs, illustrations, creations of all kinds... Activities will also be set up to keep visitors entertained between screenings.
