Are you a manufacturer or a retailer?
We are both manufacturer and distributor. We manufacture our own table footballs (Mister Babyfoot brand) and are resellers for all the other brands offered on the site.
Delivery
What is the difference between shipping time and delivery time?
The dispatch time is the time taken to dispatch the table football from our warehouses or those of the manufacturer. The delivery time is the time taken between the order and the delivery of the table football to the customer.
Who is the delivery person?
Each foosball brand has its own delivery service specialising in the delivery of foosball tables. For the Mister Babyfoot brand, the delivery company is Heppner.
Can you deliver upstairs?
At present, we do not offer upstairs delivery on the site, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any special requirements: info@misterbabyfoot.com .
What is the average delivery time?
Delivery times depend on stock availability and the brand of table football chosen. All delivery times are indicated on the product sheets.
Can I choose a delivery date/time?
The carrier will contact you as soon as it is able to deliver to arrange a delivery date.
Can I collect the package from your warehouse or the delivery company's warehouse?
It is impossible to collect the table football by your own means.
What should I do if my parcel is damaged?
You must open the box to check the condition of the product and refuse the parcel if it is damaged.

Can you help me assemble the table football?

How can I find out where my parcel is?
You can go to your customer area where you will be given all the necessary information.

Is the table football delivered assembled?
It all depends on the model you choose. In most cases, only the legs need to be fitted. Sometimes the bars also need to be fitted.
Do you deliver outside France?
In addition to France, we deliver to Belgium, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, Monaco and the UK.
Do you deliver outside Europe?
We do not deliver outside Europe. However, we can deliver to a forwarding agent in France who will take care of delivery to the country of your choice. Are delivery costs free on all products?
Delivery is free on all foosball tables delivered to mainland France except Corsica (for Corsica, delivery costs will be displayed on the site when you place your order). Delivery charges apply to accessories and other spare parts (balls, bars, etc.).

What are the standard sizes?
There is no standard size for table football.
What's the best choice: long handles or round handles?
There is no best choice. Some players are more comfortable with long handles and vice versa. Historically, each region has its own habits.
What is the standard weight for table football?
There is no standard weight. However, it is possible to define a weight range for French-style table football: between 70 and 100 kg for the best models.
What are the different game mats and their characteristics?
The gerflex mat is the competition mat manufactured by gerflor, and is the benchmark mat for French table football. The vinyl mat is an intermediate mat that will still give you a good feel for the game. The tempered or sandblasted glass mat is the Italian foosball mat for fast, direct play.

The country of manufacture is indicated on each product sheet.

Can I put my table football outside?
There are foosball tables for outdoor use (you can find them here: Outdoor foosball tables). If the model you have is not designed for outdoor use, we strongly advise against leaving it outside.
How do I look after my table football?
For routine maintenance, remember to clean the table regularly to remove any dust that could interfere with play. Check that the screws are tight and that the bars are lubricated at least once a month.
Can the coin mechanism be deactivated?
It is possible to deactivate the coin mechanism on most models. Please contact us for more information.
Is the protective cover enough to leave my table football outside?
No, the protective cover is for indoor use.
Can I customise my table football?

Can I use tokens instead of coins?
The token option is available on some coin-operated machines, as indicated on the product sheet.
Is foosball resistant to humidity?
Outdoor foosball tables are resistant to humidity. Indoor foosball tables, on the other hand, are not designed to withstand damp.
How can I find a foosball table within my budget?
You can go to the choose my table football page and select the price range that corresponds to your budget.
Can I play with more than two or four players?
Some models allow two players and others more than 4.

We do not sell second-hand products, only new foosball tables.

The different styles of play
What's the difference between French and Italian style?
There is more ball control in the French style, and the game is more controlled. The Italian style is faster and more powerful, with less ball control.
What's the historical difference?
Historically, we used to play French table football in bars during our high school years. In Italy, table football is even more widespread, and can be found in schools, bars and on beaches.
What are the major Italian-style brands?
The major Italian brands are : Roberto Sport, Garlando, FAS
What are the big French brands?
The big French brands are : Bonzini, Sulpie, Petiot, Stella, Marius
Which style is most popular?
In France, the most popular style is the French style.
Are there universal rules?
No, the rules can change from one region to another, from one group of friends to another... there is only one standard for competition.
Payment methods
Is payment secure?
"Payment is entirely secure thanks to the online payment system of our banking partner Hipay. Your banking data circulates on the Internet only in encrypted form, i.e. it is coded in such a way as to make it completely illegible.
Furthermore, they are only processed by Hipay and are never in the possession of Mister Babyfoot. In fact, when you enter your card number to make purchases on Mister Babyfoot, you are actually transmitting it to Hipay and not to Mister Babyfoot. Hipay uses the most widespread encryption technology: the SSL protocol based on 128-bit encryption keys.
Similarly, paypal payments are made on the paypal platform, which is secured by this service.
Mister baby foot does not have access to this data, which will be requested from the Customer each time an order is placed.
Can I pay in instalments?
Payment can be made in 3 instalments by credit card.
What methods of payment are available?
The payment methods offered on the site are: bank card, bank transfer, paypal, 3x bank card, etc.
Can I pay for my order on delivery?
No, the order must be paid for at the time the order is placed on the website, before the table football is dispatched.
Can I pay by money order?

How do I obtain an invoice?

Can I make a deposit and pay the rest later?
Orders must be paid for in full when the order is placed. It is not possible to pay a deposit when the order is placed and the remainder after delivery.
How does payment in three instalments work?
When you pay in three instalments by credit card, the first instalment (one third of the price) is taken on the same day, then the second instalment is taken one month later and the third the following month.
Can I pay in more than three instalments?
It is not possible to pay in more than three instalments, but you can pay for your order in 3 instalments by credit card.
Why has my card been refused?
Your card may have been refused if you have reached your spending limit. It may also be that the expiry date is too close, particularly if you are paying in 3 instalments. One of the details you have entered may also be incorrect. Check that you have entered the data correctly in the relevant fields.
If, despite these checks, your credit card is still refused, you can opt for another payment method: Paypal or bank transfer.
Do you offer gift cards?
No, we do not offer gift cards.
Returns and refunds
I don't like my product, what should I do?
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the table football.
How will I be reimbursed?
You will be reimbursed by the method you used to pay for your order. (e.g. payment by credit card > refund directly to your bank account)
How long does it take for a refund to be made?
A refund takes approximately 1 week.
Do I have to leave my parcel somewhere?
Mister Babyfoot will organise the return of your parcel and the carrier will collect it directly from your home.
What is my withdrawal period?
The withdrawal period is 30 days.
Do I have to pay for the return postage?
Yes, if you make use of your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Do I need to provide the original packaging for a return?
Yes, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
What is the returns procedure?
You have a right of withdrawal for 30 days after receiving the table football. If you wish to cancel, you must first contact our customer service department. We will ask you for photos of the table football to check its condition. You will be responsible for the return postage costs. Once we have received the postage costs, we will ask a carrier to come and collect your parcel and once we have received the parcel in our warehouses, we will proceed with your refund according to the method of payment used at the time of your order. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Balls and accessories
What's the difference between plastic, cork and ITSF balls?
Plastic balls play faster. Cork balls provide better control. ITSF balls are competition balls that are both fast and technical thanks to their nylon composition and the powder coating.
Are balls supplied with the table football?
Balls are supplied with the purchase of a table football. French-style foosball tables come with cork balls and Italian-style foosball tables come with plastic balls.
Are the accessories compatible with all brands?
No. Each accessory is compatible with foosball tables of the same brand only.
What is the average weight of a ball?
Cork balls weigh 20g, plastic balls weigh 50g and ITSF balls weigh 60g.
Do foosball tables come with a protective cover?
Some outdoor models are supplied with a cover but, as a general rule, the cover is an optional extra. This information is given directly on the product sheet.
Is it possible to purchase additional accessories?

Can I replace my long handles with round ones?
Yes, if the handles are the same brand.
What types of cage can I use to make bowls?
Metal cages are preferable for making bowls.

Can I get round handles directly when I buy?
