Directed by Juan Jose Campanella, Metegol is an animated film (the first of its kind) to explore the rich and colorful world of table football. Fans of the mini football will rub their hands in glee at this tribute full of references.
The protagonists of Metegol are none other than table football players (hand-painted steel!) whose playing field has been unfortunately ravaged. Capi, Loco, El Boto and many others will come to life and pool their talents to help a young table football fan beat his rival Grosso, in exchange for the promise of being reunited on a pitch again. A moving, original, and funny story... and above all, offbeat!
The Argentine public, captivated, crowded into theaters to discover the Metegol phenomenon. "Phenomenon" is the word chosen! Because the success of Metegol has already reached the United States and even crossed the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans to tease Spanish and Russian audiences. And to think that at the beginning, Metegol was only a local animated film.... When will the French version be released?
And for the dubbing voices, who would you think of? Gad Elmaleh? Franck Dubosc? Zidane?
