This revolutionary invention is thanks to Olivier Sébillote. This brilliant student from the Institut de l'Image department of the Paris Tech Engineering School in Cluny, designed his unusual table football to liven up the youth workers' home in Chalon-sur-Saône. He created his technological feat as part of a final-year project that he wanted to be social, fun, and friendly. A successful challenge! The table football of the future is a marvel of playability that arouses curiosity and desire. We see it, we want it!
For 2 or 4 players, and even solo, this equipment from the future brings you your daily dose of good humor. With a little luck, it might even be possible to download a playing surface with the same look and technical specifications as a Bonzini table football or a Petiot table football. Who knows?
A high-tech table football, but not only that!
Olivier Sébillote is certainly a table football fan, but he's also a big fan of board games. That's why he decided to integrate some of his favorite games into his touchscreen interface. In other words, the foosball table can become a chess board or a shuffleboard game with a simple click! The young inventor is very excited about all the games and applications that could be added to his table. He goes even further and imagines a 2.0 version that could be upright and used like a traditional television. The furniture that supports the concept could then become a truly designer piece of furniture and be featured in a furniture catalog, for example.
And with the industrial partnerships and resources available to the school, it's a safe bet that the graduation project will quickly become a startup...
