Starting from the observation that there has never been a proper documentary dedicated to the foosball, two passionate players set out to make a film with the enigmatic title: In Search of Collignon. The concept: film themselves throughout a road trip in Belgium during which they meet players, bar owners, and of course Frederic Collignon, the world champion of the sport, for whom they even have a little surprise in store...

It's aboard a Citroën CX transformed for the occasion into a mobile games room that two friends, Cédric Brandilly and Nicolas Marchand, are currently traveling the roads of Belgium. One is a visual artist, the other a stage manager in the entertainment world. "What started out as a joke between friends has finally become reality," explains Nicolas. From their Rennes headquarters, the two enthusiasts organize tournaments and run a website that lists French bars equipped with a table football.
Along with them, a whole technical team set off on this adventure. Regarding the film's distribution, they can count on two production companies that responded positively to their request: the Belgian La Parti Production and the French Capricci.

Frederic Collignon is preparing to meet two of his biggest fans, and they haven't come empty-handed.
