Foosball enthusiasts create an original model
Recognizing that standard foosball tables are not suitable for children under 10 years old, three members of a Rouen foosball club designed a custom-made, handcrafted model. The three friends founded SAS LPL, which manufactures this new foosball table under the Le Conquérant brand. It adapts to the players' height, according to three different heights, by unlocking the box with the handles.
Intended for a wide audience of businesses and individuals, this children's foosball table can be personalized with a logo or color. Two artists, Ecloz and Sophie Reulet, transformed two of these foosball tables into works of art for an auction to benefit sick children in Rouen.
A philanthropic project for sick children
The three founders of the LPL company have a project close to their hearts: to equip 47 pediatric cancer centers with their game table. The first will be delivered to Rouen University Hospital in December, at a special price of €3,180, instead of the general public price of €3,680.
Children can personalize their table football with a coloring magnet kit. To fund this initiative, called "A table football table in the hospital," a call for donations has been launched on a crowdfunding platform.
Partners and patrons are expected to support this wonderful project based on Normandy table football.
