On June 4 and 5, the Raphaël de Barros hall in Villeurbanne will become the place to be for all table football fans. The highly anticipated 2016 French Individual Championships will take place in this large sports hall.
A championship at Parc Bonzini
For this 2016 edition of the French table football Championships, participants will play on authentic Bonzini table football tables. Each player will be required to bring their own FFFT-approved handles to avoid damaging the Bonzini bars. For this competition, the use of liquid chalk is permitted to address the problem of excessively slippery play. Using a new ball will also be possible to overcome this same problem. Of course, a stand will provide you with all the necessary equipment to play in the best conditions.
Championship Schedule
The competition will begin with a qualifying round, which will be divided into seven points. The number of qualifiers for this phase, in singles and doubles, will be determined by the Tournament Director based on the number of participants.
In the event of a tie, tied players or teams will be separated based on the following parameters: goal average, number of opponent wins, ranking of the best opponent, and playoff.
This will be followed by a five-round elimination phase. With the exception of mixed doubles, all tournaments award CNFT points. The final ranking will determine the total number of CNFT points.
